We firmly believe in WP Ghost and stand behind it 100%. However, we acknowledge that every site is different, and the plugin may not perform the same on all websites. If the plugin doesn’t meet your expectations, we will provide a full refund if the request is made within 30 calendar days of your initial purchase.

Note!

We offer a lite version of WP Ghost for testing purposes. We strongly recommend using the Lite version to ensure compatibility with your server configuration before purchasing the premium version.

Refund Process

  • Request Period: Refund requests must be made within 30 calendar days from the original purchase date. After 30 days, no refund requests will be processed.
  • Issue Resolution: We may ask for the opportunity to resolve the issue that led to your refund request.
  • Cancellation: By requesting a refund, you agree to cancel your WP Ghost paid subscription and lose access to its protection.
  • Upgrades and Renewals: Refunds also apply to product upgrades or annual renewals. You may request a refund within 24 hours after payment for upgrades/renewals.
  • Processing Time: PayPal refunds typically occur within 24 hours. Credit card refunds, depending on your bank, take 5-10 business days.
