Inmotion WordPress Hosting – WP Ghost Setup

Inmotion Hosting is a good hosting solution for your business. If you start a hosting plan with them, you will love their services.

Inmotion uses a Cache Manager based on Nginx, which automatically caches all static files, such as CSS, Javascript, and Image files.

To make WP Ghost work and redirect all the static files you need to follow these  steps:

  1. In Inmotion CPanel go to Cache Manager > Option
  2. Click on Show Advanced Options button
  3. Go to the Force Passthrough Path section
  4. Enter the following value:
    .*\.(?:css|js|jpg|jpeg|gif|png|ico|cur|gz|svg|svgz|mp4|ogg|ogv|webm|htc|woff|woff2|ttf|eot|otf|svg|mp3)$
  5. Save the Changes and Purge All Cache
